The percentage calculation

Ponyrider calculates the utilisation percentages by comparing the user’s logged time per day vs the user's Expected Hours per Day.

    • Settings > Project: Standard work hours (e.g., 8 hours/day) are set at the organisation level.
    • User Overrides: You can set custom hours for specific team members (e.g., a part-time employee at 4 hours/day).
    • Smart Holiday Logic: Utilisation figures are protected by your Holiday Calendar. If a day is marked as a Public Holiday, the system adjusts the calculation, so your utilisation isn't unfairly penalized for a non-working day.
