Understanding utilisation metrics
The "Utilisation Against Target" chart tracks three key data points to help you monitor performance:

Based on the actual hours logged by a user on their timesheet for that day. |

Forecast Utilisation |
Predicted hours based on the total project hours assigned to a user across their active projects. |

Target Utilisation |
The benchmark for productivity. This is set at a default of 80% and customisable in Settings > Project. |
