The Project Manager dashboard gives a snapshot of a project manager’s current workload. Similar to the Projects dashboard, but focused entirely on the projects and approvals assigned to the project manager.
Access Level: Available to Primary Admin, Admin, and Project Manager roles.
On high-level KPIs, access total projects you are assigned as project manager, forecast margin for your active projects, and the cumulated expected revenue of all projects you manage. Selecting each tile for the high-level KPI would bring forth the details by project.
- Tip: Keep an eye on the Timesheets To Approve column. Clearing these daily ensures your financial forecasts and client invoices remain accurate and up-to-date.
