Update my profile

To access your Ponyrider profile details, click on your User Icon in the navigation sidebar and select Manage Account. The Profile section allows you to manage your public identity and contact information within the workspace. Keeping this data current ensures that notifications and billing communications reach the correct destination.

To update your information:

• Click Update profile to change your profile picture.
• Ensure your Primary email address is correct.

Locked Identity: Once you have been invited to a workspace, you cannot change your email address through your personal profile view in Ponyrider. If you require an email change (e.g., due to a company rebrand or name change), you must contact your Admin to have a new invitation issued to the correct address.
